Class required: W/A
Skills: Tiger Stance, Disrupting Stab, Golden Lotus Strike, Death Blossom, Flourish.
Method: Throw up Tiger Stance right before engaging a preferable squishy target. Hit Disrupting Stab and Golden Lotus Strike, followed by Death Blossom. When Death Blossom hits, use Flourish. Use the string one more time before Tiger Stance wears off.

Result: The attack skills are pretty much up to the user, as long as they have a long recharge.
I like Disrupting Stab as my Lead because it may disrupt defensive actions of your target, Golden Lotus Strike for some energy gain (primary warriors don't have much energy) and Death Blossom for the damage and splash. Flourish is what keeps you going. All your attack skills cost 5 energy each, and Flourish will recharge each of them with 7 energy in return for each at Strength 13.
Tiger Stance last just long enough for you to throw off two whole strings while attacking 33% faster.

Great idea for a thread. Hopefully we can get some more combo's listed. Here's a few of my favourites:

Class: R/W
Skills: "For Great Justice" and Tiger's Fury
Method: Upon engaging enemy hit FGJ then Tiger's Fury (must be in that order)
Effect: Dramatic increase in adrenalin intake

Class: Me/N -note need superior rune of illusion
Skills: Illusion of Weakness, Grenth's Balance, Phantom Pain, Shatter Delusions
Method: Find a full health target and get within casting range. Cast Illusion of weakness (smile if they call you noob for casting it late) quickly followed up by Grenth's Balance and then Phantom Pain and Shatter Delusions right after.
Effect: That full health target will loose close to 200 pts due to GB (if your health was low enough) and then take a deep wound for ~100 pts and another 60 or so from Shatter.

Class: W/N
Skills: Warrior's Endurance, Spinal Shivers (+optional cover hex), Cripple attack of choice, Icy mod for weapon
Method: Find a caster, cast Spinal Shivers, put up War-End, cripple your target asap.
Effect: Continually interrupt your target when hit without worrying about the energy loss or your target kiting too far.

Class: W/E
Skills: Conjure X, Warrior's Endurance, Power Attack
Method: Cast conjure when you're ranging in to an enemy, then enter War-End and keep hitting Power Attack
Effect: Very high DPS with sustainable energy (this'll be fun with the recent skill changes)

Class: W/Me
Skills: Warrior's Endurance (again), Power Spike/Leak
Method: Attack a caster. Whenever they (or another) cast interrupt with power spike/leak (recent change improved the recharge on these). Enter War-End to regain energy.
Effect: You're an undercover mesmer with armour and a real weapon

Class : R/W
Skills: Tiger's Fury, knockdown of choice, Bestial Mauling
Method: Knockdown your target and hit Bestial Mauling and Tiger's Fury and wail away.
Effect: Congratulations, your target is now dazed for ~15 seconds.

Class: R/W (expertise to lower e-cost)
Skills: Renewing Smash and Dwarven BattleStance
Method: Enter DBS and hit Renewing Smash when it fades and then repeat
Effect: Attack faster and interrupt your targets with no stance downtime.

Class: R/W
Skills: Apply poison, eviscerate, axe-rake, executioner's strike
Method: Find a target and hit those skills in that order
Effect: Deep-wound, cripple, and poison, oh my. App-poison is the cover condition. Using this with the first combo is nice indeed.

Class: E/x
Skills: Dual-attunements, Enervating Charge, Stoning
Method: Get your attunements up, cast enervating charge and stoning.
Effect: Knockdown every 6 seconds.

Class: X (this is kinda generic)
Skills: Defensive Stance of choice and Res-sig
Method: Enter your Defensive Stance then res a fallen ally.
Effect: Ensure you get your res (or perhaps other key skill like a self-heal) off without fear of being interrupted as easily.

Keep 'em coming in guys. This thread has a lot of potential.

Air elementalist:
Blinding flash + Enervating charge + stoning
Target is blinded, blind is covered by weakness caused by enervating, stoning knocks down weakened foes, really sexy.

Vital boon + Signet of pious light

Best self heal at the moment.

Just 8 point in Earth prayers gives you 200 health every 8seconds, and costs 5 energy. whoopi.
Someone once asked me in RA do i hax because they couldnt kill my warrior using this. (yeah yeah noobs, but still funny.)

Tip: Cast Vital boon before you charge in the battle it lasts 20sec and its so nice it recharges in 8, if you get some damage just use SoPL and at that moment vital boon is propably already recharged, And you can do this again.

Bah, none of you have fully experienced the combo-lisciousness of Rt/N Explosive Creation, with the very close exception of Pick Me, but even he fell short.

Explosive Growth, Boon of Creation, Spirit's Gift, Putrid Flesh, Animate Bone Minions, Death Nova, Taste of Death, Jagged Bones = PVE pwnage.

Every skill on the bar works with at least two other spells, if not more. Add Heroes, and the combos just start stacking up: Monks have Dwayna's Sorrow for party heals everytime a minion dies, Necro-mains have backup copies of Nova, Jagged Bones, and Animate Shambling Horrors, which is a combo all by itself. Paragons have +damage shouts, Dervishes have the tough love combo of Signet of Pious Light + Nova. If he dies with the Nova on, it's his own fault. If he Signets it away, he lives a while longer. Nova him again. >: D

Before the Feb 1 nerf, Jagged Bones was capable of a cascade-combo. All minions with Nova and Jagged Bones, Rit with all his enchants up, option of Monks with Dwayna's Sorrow up on a couple of minions. Add one Animate Bone Minions. Minion Cap code goes into overload, loops, and kills each successivly-lower-health pair of minions, until the last one goes off. You're left with 8 Jagged Horrors, full party health, full energy for you and the Necro, and more AOE damage than 3-4 Meteor Showers, especially since no-one ran away. You and your Necro Hero starts casting Nova and Jagged, and ideally, 30 seconds later, you do it AGAIN. Beat THAT, Echo Fire Nukers!

Thanks for the complement. I listed it before I read anything about NF.

Nice combos.

The Explosive Creation build has been around since the Factions Preview Event, and not merely since NF. During Factions, the elite was Flesh Golem. I find it odd that such an awesome class/build like these are in the "PVP-focused" chapter of Factions, when apparently, the Rit replaces jack-nobody in PVP, but pwns face in PVE. (Then again, I could be talking out of my posterior, as I don't PVP much.)

I have recently ressurrected the standard Virulence combo for a N/Me with the change to Weakness...

Phantom Pain --> Shatter Delusions --> Virulence --> Epidemic

4 conditions (Weakness, Poison, Disease and Deep Wound) for everyone!
